Professional Business and Sales Letters

If you are using your company PPI (Postage Paid Impressions) make sure it is printed smartly and professionally.
Royal Mail usually provides a PPI rubber stamp when you open a postage account, however, never use a rubber stamp for important business mail or sales/marketing letters. It gives a bad impression. A rubber stamp may be acceptable when sending your invoices, statements and general mail but sales and business letters must be clear, smart and business like. The outer envelope is the first thing your prospect will see so make sure it looks important and they will open it. After all you wouldn’t turn up to an important sales meeting with a prospective new client wearing a tee shirt, jeans and trainers! You don’t want your mail to look like ‘just another circular’ or ‘junk mail’. Keep it professional.
